Lynx Analytics Unveils LynxKite 2000:MM, the Next Generation of GPU-Optimized Graph AI

Lynx Analytics announced the launch of LynxKite 2000:MM, a major new version of its Graph AI platform built to accelerate both Graph AI and Generative AI applications. The release was optimized for NVIDIA accelerated computing and designed to take advantage of NVIDIA RAPIDS, NVIDIA cuGraph, and NVIDIA BioNeMo.

LynxKite 2000:MM was created to build and analyze massive networks such as knowledge graphs while keeping data on the GPU for maximum performance. This architecture supports demanding workloads where Graph AI and Graph RAG can deliver measurable advantages over non-graph-based approaches.

The release also highlighted life sciences as a key application area. In combination with NVIDIA BioNeMo SDK, RDKit, and Graph Neural Networks, LynxKite 2000:MM enables workflows that can help pharmaceutical companies uncover new insights in drug discovery, target identification, and molecular interactions.
